And now she disappeared how is this even possible

    Send in a support ticket in game. They can't help you here. Tap the little gear icon on the home screen, and then tap support. Find the appropriate section. If you can't, hit more help and specify what happened. @Fizzle0172 best of luck with that. Hopefully they can recover her for you.
