MCOC for touch laptop/tablet hybrids?

I've found that the last thread about other platforms (Windows 10) was 2 years old.

Lot has changed since then on the hardware offer of laptop manufacturers. I've recently done market research to find my new laptop and I've found that the same "standard" laptop and the 2in1 (convertible to tablet) version of the same product has less than 10% price difference. So I bought the 2in1 option. It can be folded inside out and can be used as a Windows 10 tablet. Full touch screen, like a "mobile device".
In the linked thread Kabam states: "The game was designed to be played on mobile devices, not personal computers."
Nowadays I don't really see a difference between a bigger screen android/ios tablet and a touch enabled windows tablet in terms of gaming. I'd rather call a Windows 10 tablet as a "mobile device" than a "personal computer".
My question is:
- Have you recently reconsidered to port MCOC to other platforms, like Win10/UWP?
- How does the Win10/UWP market look like in regards of game profitability?
- What other impact could the Win10/UWP platform have on the whole game?
I'm really interested if your point of view has changed or not in the last 2 years.
