Can you please tell me how long my account will be banned?

Hello, my account was banned for 7 days and before that was up it turned into 30 days..
I've been playing the game since launch and invested a lot of time and money into it.
Can one of the admins please give me a straight answer on when the ban will be lifted?
Please don't tell me to contact support as I have dozens of times already and only get generic replies that don't answer my question.

Submit a ticket if you didn’t do anything to get banned

The only way you can look into it is by opening a Support Ticket. The Moderators are unable to look into things like that, and they don't discuss actions on the Forum. Sorry.

Hey there, as others have mentioned, the forums aren't the place to discuss actions taken on individual accounts and moderators don't have access to the account information being asked about. You can find more information about bans here though.
