Why does Iceman have no armor against AQ Hype

He has no ice armor. Why is this?

    Look at the lokal nodes for answers. There has to be one that nullifies Ice Armor which is only a buff. It can be nullified or disabled.

    Because the timers To ative it is gone and u wil Hav to use a sp3 to get it back on
