Kicked out of game and asked for permissions

I just got kicked out of the game and when trying to log back in I get asked for these permissions.
I've never had this before

Would it be because I've started playing both my accounts on the same phone just switching from one to the other because my work phone is awful?

I've had it happen to similar apps aswell. I think it's due to a privacy and ToS thing from App/Google store where you got the game from
