Civil warrior in dungeons Crystal s

I've been trying for a while now to get a Civil warrior from the dungeon Crystal! But now I see he's not there anymore is he coming back?

Check the timer on the crystals. When it ends, the next batch will come. If CW is nowhere to be found, he may come back in the next batch. Then again, he may not. They no longer announce them ahead of time. Neither the Dungeon Crystals or the Feature Crystals will be announced ahead of time anymore. So you can choose to wait and hope for the best, or just find something that suits you in the meantime.

Such haste for the Civil warrior".#1 I don't have one yet that's why I want one!

@Barnes13 In 37 days, 20 hours, and 30ish minutes you will find out. Fact is, they are no longer announcing which champs will be in the Dungeon Crystals ahead of time anymore. Same with the Feature 5 and 6* Crystals. No one has this information as they likely haven't decided who will be in the next batch. Even if they did, they're not going to tell you.

This is being done to discourage 'hoarding.' Be it crystal shards or Dungeon Artifacts. So unfortunately, you're just going to have to wait and see. Perhaps about a week or so beforehand, a 'leak' may occur and you'll have an idea of what to expect. Hey, if you want a Civil Warrior, that's your business and I say power to yah if you want him. Best of luck acquiring him someday.
