Banned??

So, I was enjoying my game till the afternoon and then when I logged in during evening, i found that I've violated the ToS of game and have been banned for 164 hour! Well, I don't think I've done something illegal till now, so why am I banned? Also, I'm losing my special calender reward!! Please help!
