Willpower not working as intended

Just to check with the community:
If I have the suicide mastery that give me the loss of 0,6% of life, and if I have 2 points ok willpower that grant me to gain 0,6% of life i would expect to not loose life
And if I have “recovery” I expect at the very end to gain something
Am I wrong?
So... I have this scenario... but why am I loosing more life that gained???

Thats what every poison does, and liquid courage applies poison to you

Poison debuffs have always reduced healing by 30% since poison debuffs were a thing.

People still do run suicides and use willpower to offset the self-damage, it is just that you can't completely eliminate that damage through willpower alone for all champions. But you can use suicides with fully immune champions, or you can use poison immune champions to eliminate the poison damage and the poison reduction of willpower healing. There are various ways to work around suicide damage.

I am running full suicides with willpower and these upper following masteries from willpower, also asassin and deep wounds and I do recommend it. Had to sacrifice petrify and pacify to have enough points for that build but I'm not missing them

Quite a few champions that are designed well for suicides, I use emma, omega red, medusa, rogue, wolverine, domino, vision and iceman. I imagine ultron, sentinel and nebula would work great as well and I definietly missed some

The opponent might have Despair too which also decreases the amount you regen

Thats not how it works. Read dispair again

Btw if you get doubleedge you will heal at least with corvus bc he doesnt take damage from bleed
