For most champs, people generally agree about how good they are. Except for one. Loki. I've seen many people bring loki to rank 3/4 (rarely 5), but ive heard many people say that he isnt that good. So I wanted to create a poll to see what the public generally view him as

    He's niche in his uses. Shines against enemies with stealable buffs

    The way I rank Loki is "niche tier", which is champions that are very good in certain rare matchups, but meh all around. Ranking champions lineraly is not very accurate
