He's niche in his uses. Shines against enemies with stealable buffs
He eats 5.4.6 Ultron for breakfest too. So there's that.

Generally not great but he’s a good champ to have available for a few fights like the 5.4 ultron

The way I rank Loki is "niche tier", which is champions that are very good in certain rare matchups, but meh all around. Ranking champions lineraly is not very accurate
