Combo glitch! Can we get an admin update?

SO many threads about dropped combos and random medium attacks instead of light attacks that randomly end the combo and more than likely get your champ killed! CAN WE GET AN UPDATE?!
I posted this thread and was asked for more info by @Kabam Wolf and I provided it....then NOTHING!

Just watched my brother fight 3 fights in a row in map 3 AQ using Hulk and almost EVERY combo, the game would clitch and register a medium kick to end his combo on the 2nd or 3rd hit.
All I am asking for is an update or at least ACKNOWLEDGEMENT that this is being looked into.
