**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

When can we receive compensation for the crashing and lag issues that have been troubling this game

Since February this game has troubled with constant crashing and lagging issues. When can we see some sort of compensation for that? After all y’all did just compensate people for 6.2 and this bug has now been going on for 5 months which is absurd. If you aren’t able to fix then find someone who can. But since y’all have compensated people for 6.2 it is only right that y’all compensate people for the constant crashing and lagging that has been going on for 5 months now. Y’all have a job to do and I understand that but y’all aren’t doing your job and for that people are losing hope in this game. So once again when can we expect to see compensation for this issue because it is getting worse each month. And this is directed towards @Kabam Miike and @Kabam Lyra

There are always devices that have crashing and lag issues and probably always will be. I doubt you will get compensation. It isn't like the 6.2 bugs.

My phone never had the issue before and since mid March it has been good. It was there update in February that caused this and they should be compensating for because there are still people suffering from it. Also because of that events were tainted. Events like summoners advancement, 3 day completion, and 3 day arena were all tainted because of the constant crashing and lagging. It always last for those summoners for a month and a half then it works fine after that. And it way to another set of summoners to plague for a month and a half. It is a constant cycle that needs to be fixed and hasn’t. And so you know it is worse then 6.2 because some people are unable to do anything in quest, arena, events quest, or even AQ and AW, it is different for each person, but it still affects summoners advancement every week because when people aren’t able to help their alliance in summoners advancement like they expect to they don’t get the points to get to ranked rewards.
  • Hey Plato92, I'm sorry to hear you've experienced lag and crashing, and I understand it can be frustrating when the game doesn't perform in the way you expect.

There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different factors which can cause lag or crashing to occur. Unfortunately, this means there isn't a simple "one-fix-all" solution for issues like these.

We have no current plans to start providing any form of compensation to players who have experienced lag or crashing. However, we will continue to review any feedback we receive, and we will continue working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.

To help us keep track of everyone's feedback about lag and crashing, we created two dedicated threads, which you can find at the links below.

    - iOS Lag and Performance Issues Thread
    - Android Lag and Performance Issues Thread

If you haven't already, please take a moment to contribute to whichever of those discussions is relevant to you by providing the details outlined in our Bug Report Template.

Thank you very much in advance for your help!
