@Kulwantgg .. Click on BOSS (or any OTHER node besides next node that has node buffs), so then all other defender icons disappear. While buff pane on right is visible, scroll map back over to where you are and the green “next position” highlight will be free and clear to click on.

..if doing Beginner Level, might not work (even Boss might not have any node Buffs on it). But any other difficulty level quest this will work.
