Act 4 exploration + act 5 completion

Hello everybody
I'm relatively new to the mcoc community
Have been playing since about christmas
I run three accounts at various stages of the game
Two accounts have recently completed act 4
The pictures included show my main accounts roster
As you can see in the title I'm looking to make moves and start completing act 5 and exploring act 4
I have explored half of act 4 currently and beat the first tile of act 5
Anybkdy with suggestions to masteries or simply to take a specific champ up for certain tiles
Would be greatly appreciated

Cleared basically everything from 4.2.1 through to 4.4.2 where im currently left with one more run through
