GR vs DS

Dear employees and employers of Kabam,

I am wondering as to why you nerfed Dr. Strange's regen yet buff Ghost Rider's regen? Couldn't you have made the regen's of both characters equal so that people can use one or the other? Doc. Strange is a shadow of his former self, therefore people do not use him as often.

You're wrong. Ghost Rider regen was changed to flat values at the same time as Dr. Strange

True, both have been changed to flat values. However, Ghost Rider's flat value is significantly much more than Doctor Strange's which makes Ghost Rider's regen more reliable.

Because Dr. Strange triggers life-steal more times than Ghost Rider.
Dr. Strange is the one who needs a buff since he was completely destroyed

GR's was made low like the Dr's, but then they went back and increased GR's flat life steal.

I could be wrong, but I think this was before GR's basic arena so we can all make wild assumptions if we choose to

Why should the regeneration of these two champs be the same? They each have their uses that cause people to choose that champ for a particular scenario, just like every other champ in the game.

I think ds armor was a worse nerf than his life steal. I miss when he could perfect block at the start of a fight

Honestly I still really like DS and use him all the time for the harder content as well. His life steal is still useful, you can get a decent amount back during one phase if you play him right. If there's one thing I would want him to have from before 12.0 it's the strength of his weakness. You could take 0 damage from third specials back then which was great for certain fights, block prof is still very strong imo, barely take any damage during armour phase. But GR should Regen more since his life steal doesn't trigger as many times. Either way, both are useful and both are still great champs even after the nerfs.

Dr strange didnt even a need a nerf compare him to champs we have now and they will be equal or strange would be a little below their level.

Dr. Strange isn't that good now. i think he could be buffed a bit. maybe reducing the cycle time, and make the regen/fury 1.5x times as powerful. that would make him useful. but not as OP as he was previously.

Its debatable as to whether Strange was hit too hard in 12.0 and 12.0.1. I happen to think he was hit way too hard in 12.0 and the boost in 12.0.1 could have been higher and still be within balance boundaries. But 11.x Dr. Strange was far more powerful than Dr. Voodoo is now. Significantly more damage, astronomically higher heal. It is not even close. Voodoo would only have power control over Strange's counterspell which is more utility in that area. That isn't close to flipping the scales in my opinion.
