We need to start a support group for people suffering from this broken champ and this not being addressed. It's really not funny anymore. I recently ranked CM before I saw this post and invested a lot of resources into her and her SP2 only works if you parry first and have enough time to pull it off, otherwise as you guys said it doesn't perform as intended and the AI auto blocks like Medusa. I've sent in two tickets with no response yet.

Forgive my ignorance but what exactly is wrong with her SP2? I find it connects 50% of the time when I use her (I figured when it didn't I was to blame) but it seems for some of you guys it never works period. Is it in certain content or all since my 3* and 5* are mainly used in arenas.
Here's a quick update:
Captain Marvel's SP2 can be blocked, there is just to much time during its execution... Every time it connects, its just that the Ai missing the block and getting hit
Since Captain Marvel hasn't been featured as a boss, or in an MCU property (yet) the character has been totally ignored and sidelined with promises of fixing her being overlooked month after month
She is a character who was easily handed out as a basic champion, and one of the best in the initial 5-star line up... She was ranked up by many including myself, and while she is still very useful on AQ and quests her SP2 being blocked is an unfair disadvantage we've had to live with for several months
A request for a rank-down ticket in this case was fair from the community, since Kabam themselves couldn't fix her, after several attempts.. Unfortunately all of us who had her at rank 4 had to use the single rank down ticket on her if we had any hope of using that material on a champ that worked
Gotcha. I admit I probably miss with her Sp2 more than any champ I can think of but I always thought it was me. She was my 1st 5* and I like her alot but never knew her S2 was bugged.

How long do you keep a broken champion broken, until Rank Down Tickets are sufficient? So far, it is 6 months, 26 days since the "fix", which also means he was broken before being identified, escalated, and sent to the game team to "fix".
On a personal note, during the last Rank-Down Ticket bunch, there was debate to keep her ranked down, however, Kabam's false promise that it "was to be fixed" kept the hope alive. Being able to parry, then use the SP2, gave enough insight to see the damage potential, if it were to work correctly and be looped into combos..

Now at 7 months, 23 days since being reported in patch notes that this has been fixed

Now at 3 years, 25 days, since being broken, as it has never worked correctly since launch

Funny part is if it was a way they would lose income aka dr strange regen, black widow defensive ability block, hyperion regeneration they hop on it fast. If its player related sit and wait unril eventually you give up upgrade a different cosmic to replace her. Bottom line if it doesnt hurt buisness they dont care.

Kabam has become def to this problem. Apple seems open atm.

Inability to loop SP2 into MLLLM, MLLL combo
First hit of SP2 hitting, second being blocked
When using combo, enemies will "phase through" animation, and not be scathed
Any one if the videos in this thread, or the youtubers who have demonstrated it (and links posted in this thread) will add visual.

This is a common problem and happens all the time. Her L2 is pretty screwed up. It’s too bad because when it does land , it does some darn good damage
