Merging alliances

A lot of alliances are merging and kicking out their members without any warning
We are losing Aq/Aw rewards with no reason just because of some greedy alliance leaders
Please do something about it

Technically this is on the leaders not Kabam. Kabam can't foolproof their game no matter what. I do wish like a week or so before aw/AQ ends there is a lockin period which you can't leave or get kicked from Ally would resolve this
