whenever the wifi kicks out in the middle of a versus match, even if i win, it counts as a loss. i just lost a 30 game win streak and a chance at a top 50 versus spot when that happened Kabam please fix

@ThiccDaddyGeesy So the problem happened at your end? Not much Kabam can do about that unfortunately. If the game crashes early/mid fight, the match recovery system will kick in. If the fight ENDS and it doesn't receive the signal from your device that you won, it assumes you ended the match, and is an auto loss.

The next time you're in this situation, try force closing the app before the end of the match. Most of the time, it will recover the match when you go back in if you do this (only works in solo quest and arena, NOT Alliance fights). So if you see your connection is down mid fight, shutdown MCoC and restart the app when the connection is back up.

Occasionally when on an Arena grind the last couple updates, the screen would go black. I could hear the champs fighting, but I couldn't see them. So I'd force close the app, and restart it. Everytime it would give me the option to start the fight over, and avoid getting the auto-loss. Hope this helps!

@SiriusBreak I know that it is a problem at my end, but it would maybe be molre fair to realay the match instead of cancelling it. I was nearly at a top 50 spot to get a havok but i lost my streak because of the problem. I feel like something should be done about it
