No attack Phase for War — WT....?

So I was just yelling at one of my members to place his defense as the clock ran out. I expect to see that attack phase and missing a guy. But Nope, I don’t see anything but we didn’t enlist in the last war. What the ....?? Why do we not have an attack phase? How does this happen

    Refresh game, it disappears for a minute or so after placement ends

    Yeah, try resetting the game. I've seen this happen countless times. If you were enlisted and given a match to place in, attack phase is there. Just need to reset the app is all.

    30 minutes later, it showed up. very distressing but no issues at this time!
