Proxima glowing spear?

Do you guys know what (if anything) causes her spear to glow mid fight? I can’t figure it out.

When her spear 'glows' she has True Accuracy active. Which ignores evade and auto-block effects. So similar to True Strike.



Completing Missions is how you gain True Accuracy (make her Spear 'glow'). Hope this helps clarify. Proxima is quite useful if you know how to utilize all her abilities.
