Forgotten email and password

I have forgotten the email and password for my account and I got a email from kabam saying something about a ticket and I have a code what do I do? Really need help please :(

    The only thing I can think of is to open a ticket with support, give your in-game ID, and explain the situation. They may be able to reset those if you provide them with enough information about the account to prove you are the owner. They have done similar things in other related situations in the past. But you would have to work through them.
