Can spawn be a special/crossover character in this game? Is that possible kabam? It would be cool. A lot of games do crossovers

What Fugitive21 means is: No. Spawn is licensed to appear in Mortal Kombat and Kabam are unlikely to be able to get permission to use him in another beat 'em up game.

false. Neil Gaiman sold Angela to Marvel. Image had nothing to do with it. Image are only a publisher of comics owned and created by separate distinct companies within Image. Larsen owns Savage Dragon, McFarlane owns Spawn. Gaiman took McFarlane to court over ownership of Angela, won and then chose to sell her to Marvel.
