    There's other techs that need a buff more than him i.e hulkbuster, iron patriot and vulture

    Nope... Rocket has some pretty destructive critical hits. He’s supposed to be a Glass-canon like Wasp, with low amounts of health, but high damage potential... I don’t see why we need to “upgrade” him now with Hulkbuster, Iron Patriot, Iron Man OG and Civil Warrior on the way

    The only thing they should buff is his health pool. Since he is so small, his health pool is small. Makes sense.
    It shouldn't be normal, just a little bit below it.
