From the first release of LoL I was sure about that nothing can affect Enrage timer - that was listed not one in Discussion Thread:

Since Enrage is based on how Strong the champion you're bringing in is, using weaker champions shortens the timer. Champions with a very low unmodified Attack stat can trigger BOTH Enrage at the start of the fight. In some cases, the first Enrage can kick in at the start of the fight and the second shortly after that.
This also works in reverse, so the Stronger your Champion is, the slower the Enrage timer. It's really unwise to be bringing in something like a 3-Star Champion this time around.

Synergies do not affect the timer. It is based solely on the unmodified base attack of the Champion being brought in, and the only way to increase the base attack value of a Champion is by leveling or ranking them up.

Hey! Sorry for snoozing on your question. It got lost in the million things that were going on the last couple days, but I did ask the team about it. The Enrage timers are based on the Unmodified Base Attack of the Champions. It is not affected by Masteries, Synergies or Boosts.

As we understand from these quotes - nothing can affect Enrage timer duration.

I read each and every post of Kabam Mods on forum, I re-read all posts regarding to LoL and it's changes and bugs. But seems only me bothering this problem.
I have a lot of people that asking about my opinion of many game contents. Not always I have time and powers to check all information that Kabam brings to us through messages, posts and etc. In this case i was arguing a lot with many players - and all these disputes make look like an idiot, who don't really knows how things work in MCOC.
So after all, I want to know, where is the truth? Whom to believe? In tests and to all players and friends that already completed/mastered LoL or to several official answers from the game team?

that's not the point. It's own Kabam words, and they are not right. and they never sorry for that. Triple lies for players.
By this point, I take whatever info given, actions taken with a grain of salt. Just look at the champion highlights of previous featured, those info are all wrong, yet it was still posted ...
It's just the way it is.
The truth is: Kabam have said synergies don't affect the enrage timer, but they do.
That's the truth. Now let's move along.
