Rank up question

Hi another rank up question.
I have not got too many tier 4 to rank up all my 4* and 5* champs so have decided between these.
Storm 5* currently rank 2 unawakened
Omega red 4* rank 3 unawakened
Iceman 5* rank 1 unawakened

I have chosen these three due to my other iso I have and these are my higher ranked ones that I could rank up but can only do one at present.

    Storm is pretty average overall, decent enough special damage but that’s about it.
    4* unawakened Omega isn’t really worth resources now you’ve got better options.

    Go Iceman, he’s worth R3 as a 5* unawakened easily, there’s a very good argument to take him to R4 as well. When you get there, he’s a very good counter to the Act 6 Crossbones at R4.
