People, seriously, you haven't even seen the change to Cull yet. Stop looking for excuses to complain:
- Not gonna spend on champs because of nerfs - Not gonna grind because of nerfs - not gonna buy deal X because of nerfs
They are balance changes, not nerfs. DS, SW, BW, Thor, those were nerfs. If they lower Cull's crit rating by, say, 10%, or the potency of his buffs by, say, 2%, that's gonna make him basically the same with a lower damage cap. And maybe, who lnows, they will increase some stats to make that first fight better.
All I am saying is that all these angry rants in advance are uncalled for, because you don't know anything yet and because they announced this procedure.
Also, I think at least half of the people that say they will stop spending money, and even mentioning how much they spend, actually don't spend or won't stop spending. There may be like 1 person who will actually stop spending.
I fully agree with @Lizer0119 's repsonse - this post and the vast majority of its comments are far from "angry rants", nor are we "looking for excuses to complain". Sadly, a lot of this does occur on this forum (some unfounded, some not), but this post is not an example of such a case.

With all the push back that Kabaam is getting for the announcement you don't think that Mike or someone would drop a post saying that they were planning to do something like that, boosting his BP, if there was a chance of that happening? Of course they would. Unfortunately they know this is going to be a straight nerf to his damage, making a decent champ into a meh champ. Without his best in the game damage, Cull will be added to the long list of champs people never use outside of arena.
Would love to see a mechanic where purchased signature stones could be moved once within X months if those stones are used on a new champ that has not yet cycled thru its "balancing period". This would make me feel more comfortable with my purchase.
It would also be nice if there was a visual indicator or at least a line in the champs bio that notates the champ is "finalized" - bad choice of words, but we get the idea.
Alternate idea: make sig stone more available other than purchase.
