Scarcity of 4*&5* heroes

in Suggestions and Requests
Am i the only one who have that problem or it's a general problem that i've been playing this game for along and i'm in level 28 and still don't have 4* champ although i've opened like hunderds of premium crystals but not yet got a4* or5* champ ...
Please fix this to me

    You have to work to get them. If you complete Act 3 you get a 4* crystal. Completing portions of the monthly special event (heroic difficulty) get you 4* shards. PHC drop rates for 4*s are rather low.

    Since I started playing a little over 2 years ago I've gotten a grand total of 4 4*s from phc. Your better off expecting a 2* from every phc and earning 4* crystals through other means like shards or quest rewards. I didn't get my 1st 4* until I explored ch3 (before there were shards).

    I'm reasonably sure you are not the only player that is only level 28 and doesn't have a 4* champ yet.

    I obtained my first 4* from PHC opening. I was at level 41.

    Since then getting 4* had became much easier. I remember seeing a level 9 had a 4* Kang. :o

    I remember someone in Global who kept popping in and out with a Kang that he had yet to Rank. Broke my heart. Lol.

    Search up seatin on youtube and look at his free to play adventures. He is a very good player and started a new account to experience again what new players go through and his new account is about the same level if not higher and he does not have a four star either and only a handful of three stars. This game is a long grind you have to play for months and years to make four strs and five stars a common resource

    The day 5*s are common is the DAY bases are added

    But I agree it is a long haul

    My 10yo son got a 4* WW2 CAP in one of his very first PHCs his 3rd day playing.

    I'm about 5 months on and have 36 4*s and 2 5*s. Only 4 came from a PC. Gotta grind grind grind.
