Character Rework Idea Thread

I feel I and many others have amazing ideas for champion reworks that could defiantly improve the champions to higher tier but I don't see a dedicated thread for this so I deiced to make my own. For awhile I have been working on a Abomination rework that I feel could definitely make him a valued champion which I will link the google doc below, but there wasn't an outlet for this so I am hoping Kabam sees this thread and makes either a identical one or checks this one because I know some of you have some ideas for better champions.
