Using 2 phones

I'm using 2 phones and it's the same acc, the same gmail. I just want to know, in the future I will have some problems? Or even I can get ban for that ?

    No. You are allowed to play your own account on different devices (ie, a tablet and a phone, but 2 different phones is OK too), so long as it is you that is playing.

    You should be fine as long as it is only you using the account.
