you now must complete act 5.2 to unlock that content. I was hesitant but got it this month. Now I will not as I don't have time to complete act 5.2 and def not for the rewards that the Black Iso market has to offer. Interesting how that content gets locked after they have their survey. Key point here ....don't do their surveys unless you want things to get worse.
They announced it was locked with their fantastic new update. Again rushing content out. Same old song and dance. They will gladly take every penny from the price of the summoner sigil even though you can’t use a part of it. Made aware of it yesterday I think....... if it was Cull knocking dudes out in 1 hit it would be fixed already.
As someone who is paying for the summoner sigil, I find this black market lockout completely ridiculous. Add to that the lack of communication on kabam’s part and this is completely unacceptable. All we have been told is that. You know it is a problem and are working on it. What is the ETA? What is the problem? Will there be any recompensation? This is a service we pay for with our summoner sigil. I would like a little more clarity on this issue since it is something I have paid for. Or is this just another gifting badge?;)

There definitely needs to be some sort of compensation for this. I'm super upset to have paid for a service and not being able to use it is ridiculous. Give all us affected by the lock out a featured 5* amongst other stuff the clock is ticking on our sigils as we wait for it to be fixed.smh

I'm just a conqueror and I'm also locked out. I definitely think we should be compensated. I was forced to sell off a mystic t3 cat before it expired in, as I couldn't purchase t4b fragments and rank up a 4* champ. I feel the may be others who lost more being uncollected or cavalier.
At this point, if this issue isnt resolved by tonight (@8pm PST) I will contact the Bureau of consumer affairs in order to file a formal complaint against Kabam, as well as with the BBB. At that point, I will request a full refund for the past two months of sigil.

I feel a little bad for those who paid for something and aren't able to use it.. then on the other hand.. it's Kabam.. so i don't feel too bad cause really.. this isn't surprising..
If i pay for a product and it isn't advertised I can get a refund - but ToS says if I ask for a refund I get banned. However, I'm sure as a product has not been delivered there are several legal challenges such as Consumer Contract Regulations and Consumer Rights ACT in the UK in support that you cannot then treat me differently (so cannot ban me). Surely, this isn't an avenue people should be considering right now but the p*ss poor communication would suggest it is something that cannot be ignored. Does you QA department have any actual experience in playing the game, because they shouldn't of missed this in the first place
Just purchased a new summoned sigil and fond out it's not allowing me to buy stuff out of the black iso market. There's a tenner down the drain until this is fixed

I definitely expect compensation in the form of additional days added to my current subscription corresponding to the number of days it has been down.
