Which skill to dupe?

Hey guys
I have very few 5*, and so far only one duped (yondu).
I got a 5* skill awakening gem from the summoner appreciation crystal, but dunno if it's worth to use on the champs I have which are: Black Panther CW, Masacre & Daredevil (netflix).
Which one do you think I should use the gem on?
Or do you think I should save it for a better champ when I get them?

Was really hoping to get a mystic gem and dupe my Magik. We hardly ever get what we need.
