    Easier to use. Is good on the get go. VTD Is good but requires longer ramp up. Cap does too but not so much.
    Imo Cap is a 9/10
    VTD is a 8.5/10

    Vtd is good for the fights that most champs can do, cap can do the fights lots of champs can’t
