So, I know that Proxima Midnight is one of them, but I’m not sure if there are any other characters in the game that can parry (and stun) projectiles like her.

Are there any other champs able to do this? If yes, who?

    I think Cull with proxima synergy

    Proxima does it normally.
    Heimdall after special attack.
    Elsa does it too I think.
    Havok maybe (unsure on that)

    elsa does not parry them, but on well timed blocks on them she can counter them when not on cooldown.
