Hi Guys

I have a dupp five star Loki.
He doesn’t do Buff steal with his spec 1 as he should be...
And my team mate noticed this problem as well.I Used it pvp,duel...etc sometimes not even in class advantage!!

It depends on the buff. He can't steal passive ones. And there are other he can't steal for whatever reason.
