Revives on EQ Paths - Missing or Poor RNG?

Each month, I complete uncollected, master, and heroic difficulties on the event quest. Feels like the last few months, I haven't seen a single revive potion on a quest path. Poor RNG, or is something fishy? Comment below.

Revives are always available as 3rd Milestone in 22-hour Solo Events too. Pretty easy (except for maybe the Quest Completion one unless you want to use a bunch of saved up Refills that day).
