Are any of them dupe? If dupe and low sig, go Fury. If dupe and high sig, do Blade. If unduped id say go for Fury

Are they both duped? This is extremely important.

I personally have both @ 5/65 I find Blade has more utility, more forgiving & more match ups where he is viable (if maybe a bit slow) with regen, debuff shrug off, power gain etc & can handle many tough LoL fights if you havnt explored it.

NF is the best bleed camp in the game period anyone that doesn't agree doesn't have him ranked up high but that also means that if the opponent is bleed immune is damage is severely gimped he also has the high risk gameplay @ 30% which requires you to play well not taking damage.

The synergies also make a difference Im lucky enough to have a 5/65 Holy Trinity & a 5/65 Cap Marvel movie but if you have the full holy trinity Id go blade if you have cap marvel Id go NF.
