No time. I usually get UC done by the first weekend, sometimes Master by the second and then I do a few side events. We recently started 2bg AW again and that has cut into solo content.
When I have free energy, I always auto fight heroic, normal and even beginner if there are time left. Easy way for units and if line up with completion event, even better.
I definitely would recommend at least doing at least an initial run of Beginner, Normal and Heroic. Marvel Insider has point rewards for completing those difficulties every month, allowing you to save up to get special bundles. And sometimes they're really good. Oh yeah and you get units from initial completion as well, so yeah do that for units as well (also probably do the first 2 chapters of Beginner 100% as well because EVEN MOAR UNITS)
The only time I ever 100% heroic anymore is if it is necessary for whatever side quest is going on. Otherwise I 100% Uncollected first, then Master, then I run completion in the other levels.
I do it mostly for the units, but also the catalysts to rank up my 5*'s for arena grind. heck, I'll even work on normal difficulty for the units as well as for the marvel insider points.
I do all the difficulties. The units are worth it. With auto fight it's easy to hit solo class combat event milestones too. 5 and 6 stars run through beginner, normal, and heroic like a hit knife through butter.

(100% beginner normal heroic master and Uc every month 😬)
currently have 15 refills saved up going into the next UC that will help get it done 100% on that first weekned.
then work my way down leaving that last 10 days to focus on Dungeons.
Gotta get them free units.
When auto fighting wasn’t a thing I never did that
