Normal Cav:

1.0% 6*
11.0% 5*
38.0% 4*
50.0% 3*

You chance of pulling a 6* champ is 50% higher for the featured, and more than 50% higher for 5* champs in the featured. That roughly counterbalances the 50% higher cost of the featured. In quantitative terms the difference in value is small enough you have to compute the value of the 4* champs duping into 5* shards to really tell the difference.
