Which Mystics should I R4?

Hey guys have just done a once through of Variant 2 and got a Mystics 3-4 gem. Which champ should get it:

- The Hood
- Mephisto

I have Ghost at R4 and Hood would be useful. But in certain Quests I've found Mephisto to be really useful when needing an incinerate immune champs.

    Anyone know how useful Hood is as a Ghost player? Wasp is vital I know that, but how vital is Hood?

    I’m 90% of fights the main use for good is phasing recoil
