Any Mastery Tips?

Since I'm a terrible player, I have not been looking at my masteries. I realize now that this was a mistake, and that I should work on my masteries more. Problem is, I don't know which ones I should go for. Any tips?

    Just focus on yellow. Because the rest will depend on your playstyle later.
    Not the best basic tho, but i think alot people use that as basic mastery

    Focus on proficiency-attack-then defense

    Biggest first step is unlocking the Greater node of both Cruelty and Precision.

    Remove tanks in strength, greater strength vitality and greater vitality, there just wastes of time, really work towards what the other guys say
