Can you bring down dooms base stats

I’m talking about his crit resistance and armor it’s actually just infuriating it’s 36% crit resistance and 51% armor
If you take a look at what the largest in these base stats was before it was kilmonger with 20% crit resistance and 17% armor
Also I want to point out that true strike/true damage doesn’t ignore crit resistance even though it states that

    He has low health stat. His crit and armor offsets his low health stat, plus very good block proficiency. Doom is fine as he is and doesn't need touching abillity or stat wise.

    Maybe like a 5% decrease in crit resistance; that's all he needs haha
