I've seen this aswell. It's most likely due to stress and a massive influx of tickets sent in due to these current events. It's at best only temporary

I'm aware of the game issue, but such a big company probably should have a better support ticket system.
I hope they will figure it out.

Well yeah they should have a better one, but afaik their support team is relatively small. And it's most likely thousands of tickets have been sent in lately. Can't blame them for messing up. They're human aswell y'know. Many seem to forget that

Great point “support team is relatively small”...company with such an insane revenue and huge players base should focus on better support. But this discussion won’t lead to anything, feel free to close it

I always thought a cool superpower would be to be able to understand and speak all languages. Although in a fight, that power may not be very helpful.
