Tech 4* Awakening? Who?

Hi there. I have Punisher 2099 and Civil Warrior that I can use this awakening gem with. Who should I pick? Why (if you have time)? Or should I hold out for a better drop. I am lvl 33, act 3 complete and with 8 4* champions in my pocket.

Wait! That's a big time wait. Use the gem when u get some God it Beyond Got tier champ. You can just search for top tech champs or something
