    It's saying you have 10 level 2 revives and no level 1 revives. The 10/10 is how many of the new resource you have, the red 1 is how many you are trying to make.

    I think it is actually another bug. At level 60 you get to carry 15 level 1’s and 15 level 2’s. I just did the transmutation because I had 13 level 2’s so took the opportunity to max out. Mechanically it works right (I converted 4 level 1’s into 2 level 2’s and it removed/added the proper amount). The purchase limit is the same (after converting 2 it now says 0/2 instead of 1/2).

    After converting 4 into 2, that is indeed hitting the max limit of 2 (for that day, note you can do that each day if you want).
