And did your friend actually purchase his initial limit of offers at the lower progression, and then also purchase additional deals (above the limit) once he progressed higher ?
Or did just the availability of the offers chance (but not the overall limit no matter whether before or after the progression increase) ?
There were always 2 questions here. (1) would the offer change. And (2) would the Limit reset as well for those that did purchase the lower progression levels at first.

No he did not purchase the deals made to Uncollected players. I am not sure if my friend would have been able to avail of Cavalier offers had he bought Uncollected offers. Probably not. So (1) yes, the offer does change/refresh when one progresses DURING the Cyber Weekend sale and (2) this issue/question still remains unanswered.
To all the nay sayers who confidently said that the offers do not change when a players progresses from being Uncollected to Cavalier DURING cyber weekend sale, well I’m sorry to say but you’ve all been proved wrong. It does and it happened to a friend of mine.
No one said it was absolutely impossible. Kabam, nearly everyone and their cousins outside of a few thicks said it wasn’t intended to happen.
We are reading it but there are different ways to interpret it which are valid: 1) The deal that is offered on Friday for Uncollected will not change & the deal that is offered on Friday for Cavalier will not change during the duration of the offer so there's no reason to postpone your purchase (BUT you can still get both offers if you become Cavalier during the sale as was the case for the July 4th deals); or 2) The deal you are offered on Friday will not change under any circumstances.
You can talk all you want about how it "obviously" says what you believe, but that's not true. Your reading makes more sense if those two quotes followed each other in the same paragraph which is not the case.
How much clearer could they be? The deals presented to you will be based on your progression at the time of the offer. The sales presented to you at that time will not be altered or added to over the duration of the sale. There was no contradictory information presented in-between so what difference does their proximity in the message matter?
My biggest gripe is with people who insist they are right (but are actually wrong) when they have no actual knowledge. Your overconfident proclamations aren't helpful to people relying on posts to contain accurate information.
I agree @AwesomoChaos... It sounded in my opinion from kabam miike like they dont want it to be this way buy fixing it is difficult and not worth the trouble of the handful of ppl who might get the chance of both deals. The thing is most ppl that are close to Cav won't want to risk purchasing a bundle on the chance it prevents them from the Cav bundles. It just irritates me when so many ppl commented and made it sound like they know everything and when proven wrong are silent or act like what they said wasn't really what they meant and try to spin it another way when they could just say sorry they were wrong.

Really? Kabam said what they said, it was painfully clear if you read for comprehension what they wanted to happen and what they didn’t, and any deviation from that course obviously wasn't intended, duh. You can chalk their continued gimpy, unintended outcomes up as a win for you all, somehow. Congrats.

lol except Kabam said "what they wanted" on November 28 but you KNEW what they meant on November 27. Okay.... Keep making up stories about how you were right (except you weren't).
Well, I bought an uncollected odin and used the units to go cavalier. After I did that, I reset the game, and the cavalier offers became available to me. So, for anyone wondering, that's how it happens.
So ONE guy says "a friend had his offers changed" and ppl just accept that without any further evidence? Is there a screen shot with one offer before and another screenshot with the new offer after he made cav??
I am not saying this guy or his friend are lying. I just think a little bit more than a single anecdotal account should be used to determine what's true or not.
