    From past 3 year in December Gifting arrives.

    I think the gifting badge won't return for a long while. I do suspect they will temporarily release it when Christmas arrives as they've always done, with some modifications

    They will probably reinsert gifting badges when the gifting system will be properly developed and can not be exploited.
