Solution for both sides

Nowadays with most players running low on gold, many of them are hoarding crystals that provide gold in a hope that someday kabam release a gold boost.
Thats a fact, I'm leading an alliance for more than 4 years and never run so low on gold as my teammates.

Kabam is against people hoarding crystals, so we're on impasse.

Whats could be done, so both sides become happier?

My original idea was to add 2 more levels to the gold profeciency, but this only work for limited time, u will need to refresh with units to activate again this.

With this, people will stop hoarding crystals, complainst will stop on foruns and kabam will earn people spending.

What ideas do u guys have for the gold problem?

With 5* and 6* come more frequently as more resources to level up, gold become a serious problem today

I have about 1200 gold crystals, 250 greater gold crystals and 7 UC gold crystals. Just waiting for the gold boost. LOL

They should just change (I mean, CORRECT) any future Gold Boost periods of time to only cover GOLD ACTUALLY EARNED. And since you had already previously earned the Gold Crystals that ppl are hanging onto in their storage, those would NOT actually give any extra amount of gold when you open them (would be just the base RNG % of Gold levels in the crystal as of the point you earned them).

So during Gold Boost Events, they could have an alternate variety of Gold Crystal (call it Enhanced Gold Crystal, or such) that would be the crystals that you would earn from game content during that period of time And indeed, whether you opened those Enhanced versions during the Event or not, they will always contain that boosted amount of Gold whenever you decide to open them.

And of course, all other game stuff where you earn gold (Fights, Quests, Milestones, etc) would also be Boosted during a Gold Boost Event.
