Who do I rank up (so many options)

So, I have a lot of options for my next rank up and I just can't decide

I've been sitting on this decision for a long time, thanks to the cyber deals I can now rank up 2 champions, either 5 stars 'to rank 5 or 6 star to rank 2. I' m currently on 6.2, and I finished Variant 2 completion. I get a lot use out of all of these Champions. Probably the most enjoyment and use I get out of Omega Red, but he's a 6star. Also, I got Claire Voyant this month and she is a lot of fun to play. Then again I also just pulled Domino, wich would be great with my Massacre (too bad I only hard red Hulk as a 3*).

I know this is a lot, but I'd love to hear different opinions.
