Power index major onfusion

How come different accounts have different individual power index?
e.g my 4 star stealth suit spidey is P.I. 5,447 sig 40
however there was a person with a stealth spidey unawakened and a P.I. of 5,768
How come?????

Different MASTERY Setups will affect PI greatly. Especially some of the top-end ones, like Suicides (Higher Attack in exchange for Bleed and Poison on you).
