Quality of life improvements is not in the hook-habit design model
You honestly wouldn't want a help all. Too many server requests and will crash them like in the past. So would you rather have a stable server or be in emergency maintenance all the time?
Out of curiosity, how many do you think we've had in the last 6 months?
As for the question itself, we had to change it to a "Help 4" in the past because of Server Load issues. Granted, I don't know what's been done since then that could alleviate this. I'll raise this with the team again, but I make no promises.
It’s an unnecessary strain on the server for a feature no one gives two cents about. Please just reduce the time of energy refills to all those belonging to an alliance.
If they got rid of the help button then they’d have to come up with a new way of people getting their 1k loyalty per day, even though the 1k loyalty amount per day should have been raised by now.
The help system was not designed for the scale at which it's being currently used and needs to be completely overhauled. Probably not a high priority for kabam right now.

Putting it in solo events would be easiest. That is if it ever changes.
or maybe split for 2 buttons: 1. help for arena and 2. help for quest energy
A 1-time overall “Arena Help” button (similar to Energy Help), that would be available to Ask for maybe every couple hours. I was gonna suggest this, but working out how it would apply was getting convoluted...
(1) teammates giving that help would lower the recharge timer for all your existing champs that are currently in recharge mode. (2) or, giving help would cause any further champs that you are using (for a period of 2 hours) to have their recharge lessened right away as you use them in arena. (3) or maybe best... Have recharge time of any further champs you’re using (for 2 hours) be automatically lessened by a number of minutes (with similar current max's) based on how many other people in alliance are currently logged in.
For (3), teammate’s would not actually have to GIVE any arena help anymore, and your champs would automatically receive their reduced recharge times right away as you use them. Asking for such “Arena Help” could be done by you every 2 hours, and the champs you use in arena during the 2 hour window after Asking would automatically be getting a reduced time based on # of logged in teammate’s. # of minutes, and maximum, would be similar to what is in place now, based on 1/2/3/4* or 5* or 6* champs.
So still sort of based on how active your alliance is, with potential lower reduction in overnight hours when (as currently) maybe nobody else might be around (?)

(adjusting Loyaly, etc, to be overall equivalent Loyalty for each day).
