Honestly thank you all for the support, helps reading every comment and just having advice that I can look on for the game. It really does help even if it isn't true for me and I thank you guys.
I suck at this game also. Great roster too. There’s a trick. Play harder champs more. Variant and rol are examples. Try all your top champs. Get used to beating one or two in a row as easy as you can. Don’t spend all your time on it but a decent amount. Rol WS is a good one way o practice. Work on not getting hit. Work on as little hits as possible to beat him. You will stack up potions in the long run. When you beats WS. Try and go as far as you can. When you play easy champs. You don’t get better. The more often you play harder champs the better you get at beating them.
Honestly, I can't describe any more than that atm. My roster is actually amazing atm with a 5* R4 duped Ghost (whom I know how to use very well) and a 5* R4 Venom as well as 5* R3 duped OML and 5* R3 Sparkles not to mention 5* R3 Symbiote Supreme. I've worked and worked at this game as hard as I can and I almost have my first 6* champ which is amazing. The only problem is, I am an absolute terrible player. I can intercept, I can parry, I can backdash & dex well but I'm just not a good player. This may sound confusing but I can't do much right at this point. I can't beat the FIRST quest of 5.3 which is something that should be supremely easy for me at this point. Not to mention the fact I don't deserve the 5* I currently have. I tense up a lot and it hinders my gameplay to the extreme and I have no idea how to improve on it. I miss time attacks and I mess up a lot more than I should. Compared to a lot of my friends I am absolute trash. A friend that started at the same time as me has put effort in and has multiple r5s as well as cavalier after ~1 year of playing. I am stuck behind the gate that is 5.3 and I always have trouble even completing the UC events. I completed Collector with no units spent and no R4 5* but that doesn't seem to matter because I am obviously not skilled enough for the content I"m currently doing. I was just wondering if anyone could possibly give me advice on what I could do to improve. My intercepting is fine, baiting is fine, dexing is fine, I just mess up a lot from tension in my hands.
There’s a simple solution for that. Always try to attempt AW minis and bosses and eventually you’ll get past your nervousness in fighting opponents higher than your PI.
It’s a psychological issue that only more practice and experience will help alleviate. Before attempting a fight, try to mentally rehearse how the fight should go and where you might potentially screw up and think of countermeasures. Once it becomes second nature, even if you do mess up, you’ll be mentally prepared and not need to think on your toes, which will help your nervousness.
Well for one, never compare yourself to others because then there will always be someone better and in comparison you could feel like trash even though you really aren't. Also play at your own pace, don't try to be like anyone else or match their progress, for example some people can say things like Parry are super easy and a beginner level thing to learn but some people can also just have trouble with it no matter how good at the game they are and the timing is just simply difficult for them. Or some people can clear all the story content in less than a year, but some prefer to take their time or don't even think about it, that doesn't necessarily mean they are "good" or "bad" because everyone plays and learns differently.

All the best. 😊
